How students can relax
Learn English from Teacher Sean
Students have lots of homework. They have lots of tests to study for. It can be overwhelming and stressful for them. I asked my students what they do to relax. They had some really good ideas.
First some study tips from Teacher Sean.
- Don’t cram! Don’t do all your studying the night before your test. Divide it up over the days before your test.
- Get eight hours of sleep nightly. Don’t go to sleep at 2 AM the night before the test.
- Don’t take a test on an empty stomach. Bring snacks to school. Eat them just before you take the test.
Now on to how students can relax.
