Learning English doesn’t have to be difficult or boring if you build the right daily habits. Small actions, done consistently, can make a big difference in how quickly you improve. In this post, I’ll share simple and practical ways you can start using English more every day.

Talk more in English. Ask and answer more questions. Don’t worry about making mistakes. When you make a mistake, learn from it.

Talk with the teacher when you get to the classroom (ask how’s it going, ask what did you eat for lunch, what did you do yesterday and more). Talk with your classmates a lot in English.

Think of more you can do besides just what the teacher asks. For example, if the teacher says write 5 sentences, you should write 7 if you have time. Always check your work for grammar mistakes and spelling mistakes. Does what you wrote make sense? Is it clear and easy to understand? Are your sentences too long? Think carefully about what the teacher taught you and how you can use that to complete the task.

Write in English every night before you go to bed. Start with one sentence. Then two or three sentences. Then write a short paragraph. You can write about what you did that day or anything you want. Write more every time you write.

First Night - “My teacher gave me an apple.”

Second Night - “Today my teacher gave me an apple. I ate it.”

Third Night - “Today my teacher gave me an apple. It was delicious. Tomorrow I will give her an apple.”
